Eduard Miller grew up with a love for playing music and the violin. He attended the University of Northern Colorado where he received a BA in Music. Upon finishing his bachelors, a fascination with the historic and artistic side of the instrument itself brought Eddy to the Violin Making School of America in Salt Lake City, UT.
After completing the violin making school, Eddy has had the fortunate opportunity to learn from some of the most well respected violinmakers in the field. Working with Georg Meiwes in Salt Lake City led to an apprenticeship and ongoing friendship and working relationship with Gregg Alf. This was followed by the opportunity to spend some time in the studio of Joseph Curtin, assisting with various aspects of violin making.
Today, Eddy continues his fascination with the violin, making instruments out of his own studio near Denver, CO.
